Our long-term client, Pod Vŕškami Development, approached us with a request to create a communication concept, photo/video production, and media strategy for the creative campaign promoting the newly approved Livana project.

Livana stood on the threshold of its most critical stage – final approval. Beyond simply presenting the project, the campaign’s primary goal was to communicate the pivotal moment when a completed building transforms into a true home. We wanted to send a clear message to future homeowners: Livana is ready to welcome new residents! Through a refined blend of media mix, carefully crafted visual communication, and dynamic photo and video production, we told a powerful story about a place where dreams of perfect living turn into reality.

The communication concept “Livana Comes to Life” was born from a core insight about modern living. Today’s homeowners seek more than just a roof over their heads—they desire a place where they can truly live. That’s why we embraced the motif of a new beginning following the purchase of a dream home. Supported by compelling storytelling, we authentically showcased life at Livana across all channels.

The Fresh Energy of a New Home

Every visual element of the campaign was designed to evoke comfort, modern living, and the exhilarating promise of a new chapter. Authenticity was paramount; we shot scenes directly in a model apartment with its sample residents, capturing the genuine atmosphere of life at Livana. The campaign’s dynamism was further enhanced by bold typography paired with a minimalist italic font—a blend that symbolized stability and new possibilities. A touch of orange was introduced as an accent on selected elements, representing the warmth of home and a fresh start, while seamlessly tying the visual execution to the project’s brand identity.

A Campaign That Delivered Emotion and a Powerful Response

Our media strategy integrated both online and offline channels—from PR articles, billboards, and city lights to geo-targeted ads and campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Spotify. Cinema advertising further amplified visibility among a broad target audience in an emotionally engaging setting. We also bolstered the campaign with active social media engagement, achieving an 86% increase in interactions. Our agency’s photo and video production crafted content that resonated with the audience’s values and aspirations, significantly boosting engagement and forging a strong connection.
