For the SEDIN Apartments development project, we crafted a creative concept, visual identity, logo, design manual, and presentation materials alongside a modern website.
SEDIN Apartments represent an exclusive project located in a private, sun-drenched area of a golf course featuring a lake. This project is distinguished by its unique architecture and high standard of living. Moreover, it offers a multitude of benefits and opportunities for its clients, including diverse services such as a restaurant and an extensive range of sports activities.
Living on the Home Course
The SEDIN Apartments project is designed to offer comprehensive, luxurious living with an emphasis on golf (and other sports) leisure, relaxation, and a high level of service. This offering is tailored to meet the expectations of clients seeking exclusive residences that embody a quality lifestyle.
But how do you merge sports terminology with leisure living and instill a sense of tranquility and genuine homeliness in the communication of a new development project? In our proposed communication concept, we reposition a familiar sports phrase into a completely new context, speaking directly to our primary target audience of golf enthusiasts. We show them what it truly means to enjoy the benefits of both the game and living on a true home course.
Visual Identity That Sets the Game
We reinforced the communication concept by developing an attractive and functional visual identity. The project’s logo is thematically connected to the Sedin Golf Resort logo, yet it distinguishes itself with a subtle typographic change and the addition of the identifying tagline “APARTMENTS.” The primary font is Switzer in Regular and SemiBold weights, complemented by Arial as the secondary typeface.
To ensure design versatility and the ability to adapt the branding across a wide range of communication channels, we employed various shades of the primary and complementary color variants: White, Platinum, Silver, and Midnight.
Icons for an Iconic Project
Custom-designed icons play a vital role in creating a consistent visual and communicative identity for SEDIN Apartments. They help the audience quickly grasp various contexts, themes, and information while navigating with ease. The project’s icon set features minimalist line icons whose simple design and precise proportions contribute to clarity and consistency across all visual applications. Their universal character ensures effective use in diverse communication contexts.
Every (Ever)green Needs a Design Manual
We encapsulated the visual identity into a comprehensive brand book, enabling SEDIN Apartments to communicate consistently across all touchpoints—both online and offline. This brand book defines the brand elements, logo, color palette, typography, icons, and overall visual style. It also offers a preview of how the visual identity can be applied across brochures, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, email banners, roll-ups, and more.
Touchpoints That Give the Brand a Winning Edge
Our proposal included showcasing the defined visual identity across various offline and online touchpoints. We developed a series of printed materials, presentation merchandise, and out-of-home communications to help the brand connect with its target audience. Naturally, we also created creative social media posts to further engage potential clients.
A Website That Delivers
The SEDIN Apartments project website is designed to be both highly functional and visually attractive. Its goal is to provide visitors with detailed information about the apartments—including amenities, nearby offerings, and available services—thereby sparking interest in purchasing property within this sought-after golf resort.
Living at First Glance
As part of the communication concept, we also developed a creative audio spot and secured paid support in the podcast series PÁR POD PAR, which is specifically targeted at golf enthusiasts. Additionally, this campaign can be leveraged on other thematic podcasts where we expect our target audience to be present, such as Index, Podnicast, HN podcast, or Forbes.
