For ZICHER, the residential project by IPROM Investment Group in the heart of Martin, we defined the brand strategy, developed the brand idea alongside a new visual identity, and managed the complete design and development of the website.

ZICHER is a residence that fits seamlessly into any era—a sculptural masterpiece proving that innovation and fresh perspectives can coexist with unwavering certainty. It’s a place where an exceptional location, a smart investment, and progressive architecture converge. Embracing the principle of mobility, it even brings the concept of a 15-minute city beyond the borders of Bratislava.

A discovery workshop allowed us to gain deep insights into the brand, which, combined with a comprehensive perspective, led us to craft the strategy and define an attractive brand idea. Although this introduced a new perspective throughout the process, the answer to the challenge always resided in the fundamental certainty upon which ZICHER is built.

That certainty is the key element with power over everything—time. This aspect influences our actions, motivations, and decisions, and, when combined with space, it even objectifies something as personal as design. ZICHER is a thoughtfully conceived concept. It redefines urban living and, with the 15-minute city model, impacts not only daily comfort but also efficiency and functionality—both internally and externally.

The visual identity of ZICHER, much like the project’s architecture, is inspired by the philosophy of strict Swiss minimalism and classical rationalism. It exudes quality and timelessness. A key feature is the logo, which incorporates a pictogram representing a raster—the fundamental element of functionalist architecture—narrowed down to capture the essence of the project.

The logotype is complemented by modern, minimalist, sans-serif typography that conveys a commitment to rationality and timeless design. The sophisticated color palette consists of a muted spectrum which, in combination with neutral tones, mirrors the interior design scheme of ZICHER and bridges two worlds—nature and modern urbanism.

After developing the strategy, concept, and visual identity, we focused on designing and executing an exclusive website. Its thoughtful design is built on a revolutionary approach to presenting apartments, reflecting the expectations and values of future homeowners. A key element is an innovative pricing tool that offers a timeless system for apartment selection, fully adapting to individual preferences. This makes the process as intuitive and comfortable as shopping for clothing on a favorite lifestyle e-commerce site.

Following the website launch, we seamlessly continued with activities aimed at establishing a strong market positioning for the brand. We devised a comprehensive social media communication strategy, designed both digital and offline touchpoints, and initiated proactive PR activities focused on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
